   partners/schools/churches, leverage stored toy inventory, establish food/toy drive
   ● Develop and circulate an updated board introduction letter for transparency
   with local churches and community members.
   ● Schedule a meeting for the marketing/communications admin team to define
   messaging, success stories, and media plan.
   ● Continue onboarding all board/committee members to internal
   communications apps.
   ● Move forward with grant applications; designate core team for grantwriting,
   identify backup.
   ● Prepare and distribute annual financial transparency reports via digital and
   print channels.
   ● Research legal and community requirements for possible department
   subscription revenue model; consider community survey.
   ● Update and sign all by-law change documentation; distribute to all board
   members.
